We at PSSA have a unique outlook on fund raising for your organization, we would like to assist you to pique the interest of individuals by offering you a mobile clay pigeon shooting range. The sport is an exhilarating way to raise funds for Schools, churches, privately run organizations, rescue centers, nonprofit organizations just to name a few
How the fund raiser works
You as an organization raising funds advertise the clay pigeon shooting which can include catering for
example Braai, spit braai or potjiekos etc. Catering is supplied by the organization raising funds to collect
additional funding, a market is a great idea to host with the clay pigeon shooting (Stalls that sell a verity
of goods) This can be advertised to your targeted supporters. The Clay Pigeon Shooting is used to anchor
the fund raiser by selling teams of 5 or single slots to shoot prior to the day, this will give you a good
indication of how many people will visit the fund raiser and lock in needed funding.
Glow Clay Night Shoot
We are able to offer a night shoot called Glow Clay. Shooting Clays in the dark is a very unique experience and is only offered by PSSA, by incorporating Glow Clay into your fundraiser you can include a night market with bonfire and braai or spit braai etc. This will allow you to raise more funds by selling more rounds of clays.
What we do for you
PSSA supplies a turnkey service which will include all equipment needed for clay pigeon shooting. This includes ammunition, 12 gauge shotguns, clays, clay machines, protective equipment, range officials, score cards, cages and lighting for shooting if glow clay is done. We can assist you in locations to shoot in your area. We do have a list of vendors that can supply generators, toilets, and lighting, all to make your fund raiser a successful one
Selling fund raising days
We will provide you with a host of information, photos and videos for you to use to promote your fund
raiser. We can assist with promotional videos and electronic stills to be used for marketing purposes
Prizes and Prize giving
Prizes are always a draw card and although this is a fun shoot, scores are recorded and a prize giving is
essential. Find sponsors to donate certain items to your fund raiser, your sponsors can advertise their
business on the day.
